We are proudly located inside the school building and have been part of this community’s history since 1975. Sexsmith Preschool is a play-based, experience-rich environment where children learn through exploration, connection, and hands-on discovery. Our goal is to make each child’s first experience with education feel warm, meaningful, and truly memorable.
We are currently taking in applications for 2026/2027 school year.

It is strongly recommended to come in and see our space, meet the teachers and understand our way of providing learning experiences for children. Please note that we are NOT a daycare and do not provide full day care.

Sexsmith Community preschool is operated by a volunteer board of directors made up of the parents of children enrolled in the preschool. Two dedicated staff teach at the preschool and are supported by numerous volunteers and the Community School's Programs and Services team located in the main school. Children and families from many local school areas, including Laurer, Trudeau, Henderson, Moberly and DLG, enroll in our multi-cultural community preschool.
